The doctors and staff at Church View Practice in Rainham are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Please note there is NO parking for patients except limited disabled parking at the rear of the Rainham Healthy Living Centre. Our surgery is situated in the Yellow Suite on the 1st floor. There is lift and stair access
